Candidate Key Performance Outputs
- Maintain all Facilities.
- Undertake generator tests and ensure that fuel levels are always at reasonable levels.
- Report any leakage of the water mains and where possible undertake minor repairs.
- Basic handling skills of power/general tools
- Intermediate administrative skills i.e. controlling regular services of equipment, air conditioning changes, cleaning services etc.
- Maintenance of all air-conditioning types and extractors.
Candidate Requirements/Experience
- Grade 12
- General building upkeep knowledge (Electrical, plumbing, painting, ceilings, generators and air conditioning)
- A valid driver’s license
- Management Experience
